House from the XIIX century "Grenz-Echo", city "Eupen" at the market place in Belgium. The Challenge was to create a super-high quality (resolution 3000x4000 pixels) facade representation for the house of the press agency in Eupen for advertising use. Monumental protection in 1984.

Right front view. The object is situated at the market place in the city "Eupen" / East-Belgium.

Center front view.  The entire building is used as editorial office for the singular newspaper in german language in Belgium.

Right front view. Please take a look to the neighboring historic buildings. Forward you find large trees, the measurement of the building was not easy with the opto-photogrammetrical method.

Detail left front view. For all the not european visitors of this webside: The city "Eupen" does'nt have a sufficient budget for the restoration of all the monumental protected buildings.

Detail right front view. In all european cities the process for monumental protection of constructions is very difficult, there is a hard choice to make and a budget to respect.

Model perspective view from left. The view is generated only by the photos. The precision is approximately 2 cm.

Model perspective view from the front. With actual digital cameras it is possible to reach a precision with a average error of 1 cm.

Model perspective view from right up.  "Grenz-Echo" means echo from the frontier, we have to hope that this echo is positive between the french and german culture.

Generated full facade view. The original generated pictures have a resolution of 3000x4000 pixels and can be used for architectural reconstruction.
